 Description: Explore how standards-aligned instruction\, approp
 riate rigor\, and intentional assessment practices work together to prepar
 e 8th grade students for success on the Georgia Milestones. Teachers will 
 examine alignment between standards\, classroom tasks\, and assessment exp
 ectations while identifying opportunities to strengthen instruction and st
 udent readiness.
  
 Professional Learning Fees for Non-Member District
 s
 A $50 per-person fee will apply to participants from non-member distri
 cts attending NGRESA professional learning events. This fee is subject to 
 change.
 NGRESA member districts include Cherokee County Schools\, Picken
 s County Schools\, Murray County Schools\, Whitfield County Schools\, and 
 Gilmer County Schools only.
 Group discounts are available for groups of 
 five or more participants. Please contact Nicole Moneyham (nicole.moneyham
