What to do when there is a report of a Title IX violation.

Target Audience: Counselors, social workers, school administrators, district Title IX personnel

Led By: Beth F. Morris, an attorney with Harben, Hartley and Hawkins.

The protections of Title IX extend to all educational programs of a school and protect all students from sexual harassment and discrimination. During this training, learn about the investigative, discipline and communication procedures that schools should follow during and after a Title IX report. Additional topics will include bullying and other forms of harassment.
