The protections of Title IX extend to all educational programs of a school and protect all students from sexual harassment and discrimination. During this training, learn about the investigative, discipline and communication procedures that schools should follow during and after a Title IX report.  With ESSA, the calculation methodology for the CCRPI reports will change. This training will walk you through the steps of using your school data to predict a CCRPI score based on the newly proposed calculations.
